The live schedule overview shows the full program with a clear breakdown of ticket sales, and allows modifications at any time — ensuring that festival staff can quickly adapt to changes without compromising structure or user experience.
We brought box office operations fully into the digital ecosystem by embedding ticket selling capabilities inside the admin. Any staff member can sell tickets on the spot, apply custom discounts, select how the customer is paying, and immediately generate the appropriate tickets — ready to print or email. All offline orders are tracked alongside online purchases for unified reporting.
Additionally, free tickets for partners or special guests can be issued directly through the system, so the entire ticketing operation stays centralized and efficient.
